7. Election results submitted to MSBA
June 2011
1. If majority votes “Yes”
2. Building Committee finalized and activated into service
3. Owners Project Manager (OPM) hired
4. Feasibility Study started
June 2012 – September 2012
1. Building Committee works with OPM
2. Feasibility Study and Design Options developed
3. Building Committee reviews, submits and discusses options with MSBA for preferred solution
4. MSBA accepts or rejects preferred design
5. Preferred Schematic Design plans developed and presented to MSBA
6. MSBA votes on project scope and budget agreement
Fall 2012
7. If MSBA votes in favor of final project - then

9. Prepare for Town Meeting vote
10. Town Meeting Vote for debt exclusion (both towns)
